We have had the pleasure of knowing Walter first as a neighbour, then as a friend and most recently as our real estate agent. We started our journey together as real estate agent/clients nine weeks ago when we spoke to Walter about selling our house and downsizing. He educated us on the power of decluttering, deciding on what we wanted to keep and get rid of and the value of staging. His recommendation was to bring the stager in early in the process to walk through each room, determine what stays and goes and what the stager will bring in; the importance of lightening and showcasing how big each room can look. This proved to be invaluable. Then it came to buying our new home before we could put our current home on the market. We have bought and sold many homes in the past and never had one that went smoother than this time round. Walter’s ability to negotiate, operate in good faith and truly represent our needs ended up in us getting a beautiful property that hit everything on our ‘must have’ list. Then he did it a second time when we sold our house and he helped negotiate and land us with a sale price that was wayyyy over asking!
